Pepperseed provides the booking software and is not the supplier of your Studio 95 session. Your Studio 95 appointment Single Session: 75 minutes, £49. Two-person Session: 75 minutes, £75. Each appointment reserves the whole studio. Select your preferred treatment during booking. Float therapy and infrared sauna share the same reservation; they are not separately bookable spaces. Booking times Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, UK local time, subject to availability. Book at least seven days in advance. Dates are released up to one calendar month ahead. Each appointment is followed by a 15-minute turnaround period. Infrared sauna induction First-time infrared sauna users must complete an induction before using the sauna. Your sauna appointment includes provision for the required induction. Booking or purchasing a package does not mean that an induction has already been completed. Please tell Studio 95 if this will be your first infrared sauna visit. Prepaid packages Introductory Package: three single-person sessions, £89. Available to new Studio 95 customers only, with one introductory package per customer. Email verification is required; verification alone does not establish eligibility. Two-session Package: two single-person sessions, £89. Three-session Package: three single-person sessions, £119. Each credit covers one eligible 75-minute single-person session. These packages do not cover the Two-person Session. Available appointments remain subject to availability and the booking notice period. Package validity Redeem your credits within three calendar months of successful payment. A session booked before the package expires may take place after expiry, provided that the date is within the available booking window. Your package access page shows your expiry date and remaining credits. Payment for a package does not reserve any appointment: choose and book each session using your credits. Redeeming a credit does not charge your card again. Cancellations and refunds For a package-funded appointment, cancelling at least 24 hours before its start time returns the credit with its original expiry date. A returned credit does not extend the package or make an expired credit available again. Late cancellations do not automatically restore credits; contact Studio 95 about exceptional circumstances. For a paid Single Session or Two-person Session, cancelling at least 24 hours before the start time qualifies for a full refund to the original payment method. Late cancellations are ordinarily non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights and exceptional circumstances. Contact Studio 95 using the contact details on this booking page to request cancellation and any applicable refund. Refunds are handled by Studio 95; please do not assume they are issued automatically when a request is sent. These appointment cancellation conditions do not remove any statutory cancellation or refund rights applicable to purchasing a package. Contact Studio 95 if you wish to cancel an unused package or exercise a statutory right. Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights. If Studio 95 cannot provide a booked service, contact the business to arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with those rights. Payment and access Online payments are processed securely through Stripe for Studio 95. Package credits become available after payment has been verified. Keep private package access and recovery links secure. If you lose access, request a new secure link using the email address used for purchase.
